Returns/Exchange Policy

  1. We provide hassle-free returns and exchanges for 7 days starting on the day of delivery. It may take an additional 5-7 days for the returned item(s) to arrive at our location. Reverse pick-up services are another thing we provide. Regardless of the quantity of items in an order, a Rs. 100 reverse shipping charge will be deducted at the time of refund for each order. This means that if an order includes more than one item of apparel, there will be merely one deduction of Rs. 100 for the total order and not for each individual item.
  2. Reverse Pick Up is dependent on the availability of the service in your location pin code. There will be two attempts at pickup; if the courier service is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send it back to the shop address.
  3. For COD orders, a gift voucher will be issued to your registered email address or phone number within 1-2 working days of the return pickup date.
  4. Kindly send back the product(s) in the same condition that you received them. A refund would not be given if the items were returned in damaged condition or with obvious signs of wear.
  5. Please give us a full week (7 Days) to process the return and credit the appropriate amount to your account.  NOTE THAT BANK TRANSFERS AND REFUNDS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR ORDERS THAT ARE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE OR FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE.
  6. Customers who choose the COD option will receive gift voucher that may be redeemed at any time, equal to the amount they paid.
  7. Gift vouchers and Coupons are only redeemable on the website or shop and are not refundable.
  8. No refunds are given for shipping costs.

  10. Order cancellations are only accepted as long as the order hasn't left our warehouse.
  11. We do not accept returns for specific product categories, including as accessories, eyewear, perfumes, masks, and innerwear like boxers, briefs, and trunks, due to the stringent hygiene standards we maintain for our items.
